Returns

Because coffee is a fresh food product and perishable by nature, Grounds for Giving is not able to receive and resell coffee products.  Also, because of our chosen business model, and the fact we donate a large portion of revenues, GFG does not have funds to pay for product replacement or refunds.  All sales should be considered final, except for cases where a product quality matter is involved.  Please notify us immediately if you have concerns about freshness or quality control.  We will address these matters directly with our suppliers and work to resolve these situations with product replacement for no additional cost.  Issues with product quality also may be related to damage caused during shipping.  Either way, we want our customers to receive product that fresh.  Please notify us immediately if you have any concerns.  Thank you!
